We are a pet-friendly community! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $250 pet deposit ($250 non-refundable) for the first pet, and $250 pet deposit ($250 non-refundable) for the second pet. Pet rent is $50 per month per pet. There is a weight limit of 45 pounds per pet, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
