Pricing, Utilities & Fees

Rent at Arts District is paid per apartment, per month. Lease terms range from 12 to 18 months. Accepted payment methods include ACH, certified checks, and money orders. 

Utilities and services include:

  • Pro-rated sewer, trash, pest control, and common-area utilities 

Internet service is provided through Cox Communications.

Additional fees may include: 

  • Administrative fee: $250
  • Application fee: $50 per applicant (18 years and older)

Yes, Arts District is a pet-friendly community and features a spacious on-site bark park. Pet fees include: Pet deposit: $400 refundable or $250 non-refundable Monthly pet rent: $50 per pet Maximum of two pets per apartment Breed and size restrictions may apply.
